Affinity Crew is pro-active when it comes to developing & maintaining safe work practises. The crew is our most valuable asset.  Their health and safety is paramount.  Accidents do happen but they happen less when everyone is trained and aware of the type of hazards in our industry

All Affinity Crew staff are trained in Health and Safety will all new crew members taking part in an induction programme that covers:

•manual handling

•first aid

•working at height

•working with machinery and power tools

Regular refresher days keep everyone up to date and on the ball. We also provide client specific training to our crew members in order to meet the individual requirements of our customers. For example we worked with the O2 Arena to produce health and safety videos for various aspects of the venue and work carried out there.

This approach ensures that all our clients have confidence in our ability to deliver the latest Health and Safety advice.
