We pride ourselves on the crew that we recruit.  They are our biggest asset.  We are proud of our record for retaining staff in an industry that has an increasingly transient workforce. We treat our crew with the utmost respect and value their input in regular crew and crew chief meetings. We have managed to keep a great mix of youth and experience throughout the constant growth of our business. All our Crew Chiefs have over 3 year’s relevant experience; senior crew chiefs have over 4 years within the industry. Because we value our crew they have over the years repaid us with their loyalty.
